Verifying the Angle
The picture shows how the angle of the radiused surface is also perfect, which is sometimes an issue with sanded braces.
The reasons for using this radiusing technique are manifold:
– A planed surface is of the highest quality possible. Braces that have been radiused with a router or sanding bowl will have an inferior glueing surface;
– this technique is simple, the fastest possible, and does not need machines. It provides the highest quality of braces at the best speed and the most minimal amount of tools.
